KAB(Kataoka aggregate Bacteria)

We will achieve environmental measures by utilizing our unique composite microbial technology that leverages microbial communication to eliminate organic industrial waste, such as excess sludge, to zero!

Environmental measures achievable with KAB ✔ Zeroing out excess sludge generated by the activated sludge method in wastewater treatment ✔ Stabilization of wastewater treatment in response to rapid changes in water quality (load fluctuations) ✔ Purification of sewage and contaminated water ✔ Decomposition of mineral oils, animal and vegetable oils, and fats ✔ Purification of high-concentration BOD wastewater (alcohols, sugar esters, pectin, etc.) ✔ Decomposition of refractory substances (PCBs, TCBs, dioxins, dioxanes, humic substances, etc.) ✔ Purification of radioactively contaminated water (and contaminated organic substances) ✔ Purification of soil contamination ✔ Deodorization of foul odors (addressing odorous substances based on the Odor Prevention Law) ✔ Decomposition of organic residues such as food waste, etc.

Composite microbial preparation "Oppenheimer Formula"

Dry powder containing a high concentration of microorganisms.

This formulation is a dry powder that contains a high concentration of complex microorganisms extracted from nature. These complex microbial groups exhibit extremely high effectiveness in purifying water and soil contaminated with substances such as vegetable oils, mineral oils, and organic chlorinated compounds. When the carrier, diatomaceous earth, comes into contact with water and contaminants, the complex microbial groups contained within it are activated. The contaminants are detoxified by the action of the microorganisms, resulting in water and carbon dioxide. 【Main Features】 ■ Easy to weigh and handle ■ Contains a selected group of powerful oil-degrading microorganisms at high concentration, so it works immediately upon activation ■ Free of surfactants and composed of naturally derived microorganisms, making it environmentally friendly *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Composite Microbial Preparations: Soil and Groundwater Environmental Standards in Asian Countries

Complex bioformulations for the degradation of PAHs, which contain over 100 chemical substances.

The number of environmental regulatory substances for soil and groundwater in Japan is small, and among them, the regulation of substances derived from petroleum products is extremely limited. Not only in Asian countries but also in other countries overseas, substances derived from petroleum products are regulated, and TPH (Total Petroleum Hydrocarbons) is naturally included, along with standards set for BTEX (Benzene, Toluene, Ethylbenzene, Xylene) and PAHs (Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons). However, in Japan, although oil contamination countermeasure guidelines have been established, they primarily address issues related to oil odor and oil film, and there are no established standards for TPH or PAHs. (Benzene is regulated under the Soil Contamination Countermeasures Act, but Toluene, Ethylbenzene, and Xylene are not included.) On our website, we introduce examples of PAHs decomposition tests using the composite microbial agent 'Oppenheimer FormulaTM'. [Test Examples] ■ Decomposition test of PAHs contained in diesel oil ■ PAHs decomposition tests using various microbial agents *For more details, please feel free to contact us.
